Pricing

What it costs.

Six dollars a vehicle a month to run your fleet on Fleeter, falling as the fleet grows, and the whole schedule is below. Where you want people as well as software, the work is done by trusted partners on the same platform and priced per vehicle once a short pilot has measured what your fleet actually takes to run.

How it adds up

Six dollars a vehicle a month. Less as you grow.

The price is per vehicle, and it only ever falls. Six dollars a vehicle a month to a thousand vehicles, five dollars for the next nine thousand, two dollars fifty above that, with a small monthly minimum so a ten vehicle fleet can start. Multiply by your own count and that is the bill.

Fleet sizePer vehicle, per monthWhich comes to
25 vehicles$6.00 a vehicle$150 a month
100 vehicles$6.00 a vehicle$600 a month
500 vehicles$6.00 a vehicle$3,000 a month
1,000 vehicles$6.00 a vehicle$6,000 a month
5,000 vehicles$5.20 a vehicle$26,000 a month
20,000 vehicles$3.80 a vehicle$76,000 a month

There is no cliff anywhere on that line, including at the point where you stop running it on a card and start running it with a partner. A fleet that grows from ninety vehicles to five hundred walks up one continuous curve and arrives at the platform tier having already paid its way there. That is not a promotion. It is what happens when there is one price list instead of two.

Where you start

Run it yourself, or have it run with you.

The rungs differ by how much help is in it, never by how much of the product you are allowed to have. The record, the passport and the forward fleet are the same at every level.

RungWhat it isPrice
Fleet assessmenta fuel card statement, no account, deliberately preliminaryFree
Starterrun it yourself, monthly, cancel any time$150 / month incl. 25 vehicles
Standardrun it yourself, at fleet scale$600 / month incl. 100 vehicles
Prointegrations, governance, multiple operating units, SLA$1,950 / month incl. 250 vehicles
Platformconfigured, implemented and supported, your brandfrom $3,000 / month incl. 500

Pro is a capability step rather than a volume one: at 250 vehicles the self operated price is $1,500, and the difference buys integrations, governance, multiple operating units and an SLA. If you do not need those, stay where you are and pay the lower number. Unlimited users at every level, and unlimited child fleets under one master agreement on the platform tier.

Above the included count

Progressive bands. A band never reprices the whole fleet.

Each band prices only the vehicles inside it, which means growing past a threshold never produces a bill that goes backwards.

ComponentWhat it coversPrice
Vehicles above the included count, to 1,000each vehicle in the band$6.00 / vehicle / month
Vehicles 1,001 to 10,000each vehicle in the band$5.00 / vehicle / month
Vehicles above 10,000each vehicle in the band$2.50 / vehicle / month

Vehicle data is included rather than metered. Third party data such as valuation feeds and telematics is passed through rather than absorbed.

Getting on the platform

Implementation, priced by what it actually is.

ShapeWhat it coversPrice
Fleet baselinefixed scope, read only, credited against what follows$9,500 to $19,500
Core implementationstandard scope, your own brand$25,000 to $40,000
Co-branded with migrationfrom an existing system, staged and reconciled$50,000 to $90,000
Enterprise white labelintegration programme, multiple sourcesfrom $100,000
Dedicated environmentisolated compute and databasefrom $2,000 / month

The baseline is the one to start with. It is read only, nothing live is touched, you keep the result whether or not you go further, and it is priced to sit inside the quote thresholds most councils and agencies operate under. Migration is quoted separately, as a named list of source systems and a record volume, before anything is signed.

The managed layers

Software from Fleeter. People from a trusted partner.

Fleeter is the platform. When you want the processing done for you, it is done by an accredited partner working inside your own tenant, so you can move between the three shapes as the business changes without moving your data.

Platform
You operate it. Your team, your processes, Fleeter as the machinery. Priced per vehicle from the bands above.
Co-managed
You decide, a trusted partner processes the parts you nominate: invoice matching, registrations, claims, declarations. Priced per vehicle on top of the platform fee, after a measured pilot.
Fully managed
A trusted partner runs the back office on Fleeter, and you keep every decision and every record. Priced per vehicle with the platform included, after a measured pilot.
Design partner
The first few reference customers get materially better terms, a two year minimum, a bounded scope and reference rights. The discount buys validation, and it steps up at renewal.

Managed work is priced per vehicle after a measured pilot, and here is why: the same task takes a different amount of a person’s time in a clean corporate fleet and a messy novated book. The partner measures yours during the pilot and quotes from that. The platform price above does not change.

What sits outside

Charges that sit outside the monthly fee.

Every platform has events that fall outside a fair use envelope. These are ours.

  • Onboarding a new client fleet, and data migration priced per vehicle
  • Establishing a new vehicle, contract, or complex novated arrangement
  • Termination and settlement processing
  • Manually assessed claims and non standard maintenance approvals
  • Custom monthly client reporting, and bespoke payroll or ERP integration
  • Third party data such as valuation feeds and telematics, passed through rather than absorbed

About the margin.

At scale this platform may cost well under a dollar a vehicle a month to operate, and the same is true of everyone else in the category. Price here is not explained by hosting cost. The margin funds integrations, compliance, security, support and the next five years of product.

All figures AUD, ex GST, and indicative. A vehicle means an active vehicle under management in the billing month. Contracted minimums are trued up quarterly.
